Since September 2013 WinRK has been managed jointly by Derek Sibson and Stephen Cheek. We are both experienced bellringers, so understand your needs!
Although WinRK was written many years ago in the days of Windows XP, we have managed to build on that foundation, and it will operate on all later Windows versions up to Windows 10. It has not yet been fully tested on Windows 11, although early indications are that there are no major issues. It is also possible to run it on a Mac by using proprietary Windows virtualisation software, such as Parallels. You can even download a free fully functional 30-day evaluation copy to assess it before purchasing!
